Sheepskin and Things return policy

From January 1st to October 31st of each year:
  1.  (a) We accept returns for refund less the actual shipping costs incurred to us when we shipped your order if the following conditions below are met or (b) We accept exchanges if the following conditions below are met.
  2. Purchaser must contact us by EMAIL within 30 days of receiving the package for a return or exchange authorization number. Email us at and include order number.
  3. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  4. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear. Shipping costs to and from the are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  5. Product must be mailed within 30 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
           6. Should your item be a gift purchase made after October 29th, and before November 29th,we have extended your exchange date until midnight on December 31st, 2017. We will honor the exchange for an item of equal or greater value same conditions apply as above.
       *In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorb ground shipping costs from Canada and US. All other countries we will absorb surface shipping costs.

      **Items that are verified not to be purchased from our online store will not be applicable for a refund or exchange. Shipping arrangements and costs will be the sole responsibility of the sender. We can not accept or sell footwear purchased from other stores.  Bead colour and pattern of mukluks and moccasins are recorded at the time of shipping

       *** All sale / discounted items are exchange or store credit only.

       **** All custom orders are non refundable. Custom orders are items that you request a change to that is not already part of the existing product. Such as special leather or suede colours. Different sole, or bead designs.
