Christmas purchases:  All purchases made from October 29th 2011,  to November 29th, 2011 will be able to use option 3. We understand that at this time of year consumers have already started their Christmas shopping for family and friends.
We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That is why we are extending our exchange policy for the Holiday Season. Read option 3 for full details.

Option 1:
  1.   We accept returns for refund with a 10% restocking fee and only if the following conditions are met.
  2. Purchaser must contact us by EMAIL within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number. Email us at returns@sheepskinandthings.com include order number.
  3. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  4. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear. Shipping costs to and from the are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  5. Product must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
    Option 2:
     
    1. We accept returns for Exchange and only if the following conditions have been met.
    2. Purchaser must contact us by EMAIL within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.Email us at returns@sheepskinandthings.com include order number.
    3. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
    4. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Product
    5. must be returned within 14 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
    Option 3: Christmas gifts
     
    Should your item be a gift purchase made after October 29th, 2011 and before November 29th, 2011 we have extended your exchange date until noon on December 31st, 2011. We will honor the exchange for an item of equal or greater value and only if the following conditions are met.
     
    1. Purchaser must contact us by EMAIL by 12:00 PM December 31st 2011 for a Return Authorization number. Email us at returns@sheepskinandthings.com include order number.
    2. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
    3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. Shipping costs to and from are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
    4. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
     *In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorb reasonable shipping costs up $20.00 CAD.
     

    **Items that are verified not to be purchased from our store will not be applicable for a refund or exchange. Shipping arrangements and costs will be the sole responsibility of the sender. We can not accept or sell footwear purchased from other stores.  Bead colour pattern of mukluks and moccasins are recorded at the time of shipping
